Thank you for visiting Dashing Diva Singapore! Before ordering from our website, we encourage you to read our store's policy on the sale of Products and Returns. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please visit this page from time to time as we may update our policies.

SALES POLICY

1. Definitions
"Dashing Diva Singapore" refers to the trading name belonging to BKH International Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore.

"Business Day" means a day which is neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday in Singapore.

"Contract" means your order of our Product(s) incorporating these Terms and Conditions.

"Customer" means the individual who places an order on Dashing Diva Singapore.

"Order" means formal acknowledgement of Product ordered by Customer on this website, to be fulfilled by Dashing Diva Singapore.

"Price" means the price as per Dashing Diva Singapore's Order Confirmation and the latter shall have precedence.

"Product(s)" means the products as described in the Order Confirmation and may include Dashing Diva branded products and/ or third-party products.

"Third Party Products" means products other than Dashing Diva branded.

2. Formation of Contract
a) No Contract shall come into existence until the Customer's order has been accepted by Dashing Diva Singapore. The Customer warrants that they are buying for their own personal use only and not for re-sale purposes.

b) The Products sold are subject to these Terms and Conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by Customer. The Customer acknowledges that they are aware of the contents of and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Neither Dashing Diva Singapore's acknowledgement of an order nor it's failure to object to conflicting, different, or additional terms and conditions in an order shall be deemed an acceptance of such terms and conditions or a waiver of the provisions hereof.

3. Orders, Price and Payment
a) All payment for the Products shall be made in full before shipment of Products is made.

b) Unless formally agreed upon, the Customer shall pay for all shipping and handling charges.

c) While we do our best to ensure all prices, descriptions and details on our website are accurate and current, errors may occasionally occur.
If an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered is discovered, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the Order as cancelled. If you cancel your Order before it is shipped, and your Order is fully paid, we will process a full refund.
We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been confirmed).

d) Discounts (if applicable, either in percentage (%) or dollar amount (S$)) do not apply to shipping fees and/ or taxes (if applicable). Certain Products may be excluded from discounts and promotions, and may vary with different promotional campaign. We advise you to carefully read the terms and conditions of each sale and promotional campaign for full details.

e) Customer shall bear all country, provincial, government, state and local sales, use, goods and services, value added, excise, privilege and similar levies/taxes. Prices listed on our website are inclusive of 7% GST as we are GST-registered company in Singapore.

f) Payment for your Order can be made with credit cards (Visa, Master or AMEX), or via PayPal. Customer using an Apple device to shop on our website have the option to use Apple Pay.
Our website is powered by Shopify and Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

g) If you have made a mistake with your Order after completing it, please contact us immediately with your Order ID at shop@dashingdiva.com.sg within 24 hours. If your Order has not already been shipped out, and for reasonable reason(s), we will process a cancellation of your Order.

h) We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content. In certain circumstance, we may reject an Order you have received an Order Confirmation. We reserve this right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.
If your fully paid Order is cancelled, your payment will be fully refunded to you.

4. Delivery
a) Dashing Diva Singapore shall arrange delivery of the Products to the place of delivery designated by Customer. The Place of Delivery cannot be changed once the Order is confirmed.

b) Any dates quoted by Dashing Diva Singapore for the delivery of the Products are approximate only and shall not form part of the Contract. Dashing Diva Singapore shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products howsoever caused.

c) Upon delivery of the Product, you will be required to sign for delivery. You may contact at shop@dashingdiva.com.sg in case of any faults, defects or damage. You must be able to provide the invoice delivered with the Product and photos of the affected Products to us for verification.

d) If you are not available during the time of delivery, a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection will be left at your Place of Delivery or in your mailbox.
If the failed delivery Products are not collected within ten (10) days from the shipping provider, or refused to be accepted, we may:
i) charge you for any cost or fee incurred as a result;
ii) notify you of the cancellation of your Order and initiate a refund for the Product cost. Any delivery fee paid will not be refunded.

e) We do our best to ensure your Products are shipped in our standard packaging that provides adequate protection to your Products during shipping.
In our efforts in protecting the environment and reduce carbon footprint, we may, on occasions, re-use suitable packaging to ship your Products. We ensure that this does not, in any way, compromise the protection of your Products during shipping.

5. Acceptance of Products
a) Save as otherwise provided in law, unless the Customer notifies Dashing Diva Singapore to the contrary within the period of fourteen (14) days from the day of delivery, the Products shall be assumed to have been in good condition at the date of delivery.

b) By accepting the delivered Products, you acknowledge that the Products are standard and not custom made to fit any particular requirements that you may have.

6. Liability
a) Dashing Diva Singapore shall not be liable in contract or in tort for any loss or damage suffered and consumer rights are limited to those set out in these Terms and Conditions and under statute. In particular:

i) In the case of Products, Dashing Diva Singapore shall have the right to replace the Products or supply equivalent Products.

b) The Customer shall indemnify Dashing Diva Singapore and keep ashing Diva Singapore fully and effectively indemnified against any loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any persons caused by any negligent act or omission or willful misconduct of the Customer, its representative or by any breach of its contractual obligations arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

c) To the extent permitted by law, Dashing Diva Singapore and Customer agree that Dashing Diva Singapore will not be liable for Products not being available for use. Dashing Diva Singapore shall not be liable to the Customer for i) any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, ii) loss of opportunity, iii) loss of revenue, iv) loss of profit or anticipated profit, v) loss of business, vi) loss of contracts, vii) loss of goodwill, viii) loss arising out of business interruption, ix) loss arising out of or in connection with contamination, all arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of Products or services, even if Dashing Diva Singapore has been advised of their possibility.

d) To the extent permitted by law, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in sales literature, order confirmation, listed price, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by Dashing Diva Singapore shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Dashing Diva Singapore.

7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless Dashing Diva Singapore, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

RETURN POLICY

1. Our return policy lasts fourteen (14) calendar days. If fourteen (14) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item's product seal must be unopened and in the original condition. We make an exception in the event the item has any factory defect or damage.

3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Product photos (if applicable).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
- Items purchased during a sale and/ or discounted items are strictly non-returnable.
- Any item not in its original condition and sealed packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to factory defect.
- Any item that has been used.
- Any item returned more than fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery.
- Any item not purchased directly through our website (www.dashingdiva.com.sg).
- We do our best to capture and publish the Products' photos as true to colour as possible. However, actual colours may vary from website's Product photos, and may also vary with PC/ mobile/ tablet's screen due to monitor colour settings or restrictions. Under such circumstance, Products are not eligible for returns.

5. REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@dashingdiva.com.sg.

7. SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items (either discounted or purchased during a sale/ promotional campaign using any discount codes) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

8. EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or wrongly sent. If you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at shop@dashingdiva.com.sg

9. SHIPPING
To return your product, please drop us an email at shop@dashingdiva.com.sg with the following details, and we will advise you our return address:
1) Contact details (email and mobile number)
2) Order ID
3) Reason for return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a package valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
